We offer bins for a hire period of 1 to 3 days. We operate a removal service on a 24 hour basis. This means, for example, that if we deliver a bin on Monday, we will pick the bin up on Thursday, unless you have paid for additional days.

Payment is to be made prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash to the driver on delivery
  • Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa only) over the phone at the time of booking (please be aware that your card will be processed on the day of delivery)
  • Prepayment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Generally, if a bin is placed on council property (on the nature strip or on the road) we are required to obtain a permit. We are accredited with all of the councils within our service area and we arrange the permit on your behalf as part of your booking. Permit costs vary depending on the council, placement of the bin and the length of time the permit is required. The relevant permit costs are reflected in our Pricing page. Alternatively, you can contact our office on 0415555734

We incur extra costs for the disposal of tyres and mattresses, which are passed on to our customers. These additional charges are as follows:

  • Mattresses – $50 each
  • Car Tyres – $20 each
  • Truck Tyres – $50 each

We can provide a two hour window for the delivery of bins. We provide a window rather than a specific time to account for traffic conditions, unforeseen delays and other bookings in place. As a general rule, we do not provide time for our removals. However if you have a specific requirement we will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

The bin must only be filled to the top so that it is level with the side of the bin. Due to occupational health and safety, waste cannot exceed the height of the bin. If your bin is overloaded, you may be required to offload it before it can be removed from site. Please note an overloading fee of up to $100 may apply.

We do not accept asbestos, tins of liquid paint, gas bottles, tree stumps, liquids, oils, food scraps or chemical waste in solid, liquid or powder form including garden and household chemicals.

The waste we remove from your site is taken to our transfer station where it is sorted and as much as possible is retrieved for recycling. We currently recycle approximately 70 per cent of the waste that is received at our transfer station. The remaining materials deemed non-recyclable will directed to landfill.

A cubic metre is measured using the length x width x height formula. For example, a 6m3 = length 4.2m x width 2.4m x height 0.6m. Please refer to our Bins & Trucks page for further information.
